RENEWAL MEMBERSHIP OPENS 1ST JANUARY
NEW APPLICATIONS FROM 2ND FEBRUARY
Before joining please take note there are no toilet facilities on club waters
Joining Langley Park Angling Association is easy!! LPAA are open to new member's Junior, Senior, OAP and Disabled alike. We can take membership applications and renewals all year round however all memberships will be required to be renewed at the beginning of the following year regardless of date of purchase. A discount may be given if purchased towards the end of the year.
There are 4 ways in which you can join* (Membership is capped at 200 - new members can only join if a previous member decides to drop out by February each year):
1) Members renew membership online (click here) or place name on waiting list
2) Post the membership form, payment and a passport photo to the Association Membership Secretary, Alfy Snowdon
(address on application form),
3) Pop in to BPH fishing Tackle on Front Street, Sacriston. (with photo, form and payment),
4) Pop the application in by hand directly on meeting day at the Langley Park Miners Institute
(First Wednesday of each month. 18:30)
N.B. PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME ON THE BACK OF THE PASSPORT PHOTO! MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. PLEASE CLICK ON "DOWNLOAD FILE".
Memberships generally take about 1 -2 weeks to process although this can not be guaranteed!!
A self addressed envelope and stamp must be forwarded.
Upon receipt the applicant will have his / her name read out at the next club meeting to verify and approve the application and the applicant will receive a membership card (to be carried at all times when fishing association waters or matches), match list, and rule book. However it is to be noted that the official, latest version of club rules will be found on the website as this can be updated as required.
Langley Park Angling Association reserve the right to close membership at any time to the public should circumstances require and also to vet all applications made.
RENEWALS.
Passport photo are NOT required when renewing.
If choosing non digital renewals all applicants will receive a new label which should be affixed to the front of the membership card immediately upon receipt.

(N.B A carers allowance is only valid to individuals who are non anglers who are present on club water for accompaniment purposes only, one carers ticket cover the induvial they are responsible for. EG any parent/guardian for a junior can use the same ticket to supervise that junior.)

When paying for membership LPAA address cheques payable to "Langley Park Angling Association" to be written in full. Paying by cheque may cause a short delay when processed until the cheque clears the bank system.
THE TREASURER WILL NOT PROCESS ANY MEMBERSHIP WHERE CASH IS SENT BY POST
